401k Fidelity Login: How To Access Your Online Account
Managing your retirement online is easier. Use the 401k fidelity Login page located at Fidelity.com to sign in with and check our account balance, take a loan, or look at investment options.
NetBenefits users please note that the Fidelity 401k login has moved to a new page. Bookmark the new location and continue to use your same username and password when you sign in.
401k fidelity Login Guideline
To login to Fidelity.com at the old link go to https://login.fidelity.com/ftgw/Fidelity/NBPart/Login/Init and your 401k information will be included in it. Your account will show you the kinds of investments and allocations in the stock market that your advisor has put your 401k funds in unless your account is self-managed.
To use your Fidelity 401k login at the new website go to https://nb.fidelity.com/public/nb/default/home and it has been redesigned and called the Benefits Center. It is for U.S. Employees and Outside of the U.S. Employees too.
Trouble logging in? Visit https://fps.fidelity.com/ftgw/Fps/Fidelity/NBPart/Resolve/Init to reset your password or username if you have forgotten the information. You can also call 1-800-544-6666 for personal plans or 1-800-835-5097 for employer sponsored 401k investment plans. If you use the online method instead of calling support have your personal information ready. You will need to enter the last four digits of your social security number, first name, last name, and date of birth. Selecting the “Remember me” option is not advised if you use a shared computer at home or work. It could be a security concern and it is safer to leave it unchecked.
Follow the remaining prompts on the official page and confirm you are on the Fidelity.com website before ever entering any information. Note that if you prefer to call in to manage your 401k investments that your username and password will be translated to numbers on the Fidelity phone system. Convert your letters to numbers using the keypad on your phone.
Once inside your account you can change the username or password to your Fidelity 401k login by selecting your profile page. The same sign in will work across other Fidelity.com services and products including brokerage, personal retirement IRAs, NetBenefits, 403(b), 457, health plans, and HR/Payroll accounts. eWorkplace and MobileSM are also supported.
