How To Register An Online Account

In order to manage your AEP Ohio account online, you have to log in to your online account. The AEP Ohio login step is very simple. You must have your username and password to access your online account. Those who don’t have their login credentials, have to register first by following the below steps. The first step is to go to https://www.aepohio.com/account/register and enter your valid email address and click “Continue”. This is the address where you’ll get confirmation of transactions on your account as well as information about programs.

Step 1: Visit the AEP Ohio Login page: https://www.aepohio.com/account/login/

Step 2: Upon reaching the AEP Ohio login page, provide your username and password in the blank spaces below and then press “Log In”. If the particulars entered are correct you will also be taken to your account dashboard.

When you select the “Remember User ID” check box and then log in, your username is encrypted and stored on the computer you are currently using. The next time you log in, the system will prefill your username and you only need to enter your password (which, for security reasons, is never saved) to log in.

Important: Because “Remember User ID” stores your username on the computer you’re using, do not use this feature on public computers (such as those in a library or internet cafe).

Once logged in, you can view your account summary, make your AEP Ohio bill payments, and update your profile information. You can also activate paperless statements and set up autopay to have your monthly statement automatically paid each month from a checking or savings account.

If there have been multiple unsuccessful attempts to sign into your account, they will temporarily suspend your online account access for your security. They will send an email with instructions to the email address they have on file for your account.

How To Make Your AEP Ohio Bill Payment

AEP Ohio bill payment methods are simple, convenient and secure. Payment is free when you pay online with a checking account and you’re enrolled in Paperless Billing.

1: Make Online Payment: To view or make an online payment, you have to log in to your account by following the AEP Ohio login steps above and get online access to your account. There you will get an online payment option. You can also pay with AutoPay. Their AutoPay service will automatically pay your bill on the due date from your checking account and send you a message when it’s paid.

4: Pay by credit, debit, some ATM cards or e-check: You’ll need your account number. You can login to get your account number. Payments made after 4:00 p.m. ET, on a weekend, or on a holiday will post on the next AEP Ohio business day. A fee charged by our partner BillMatrix may apply.
