How To Register Your Amex High Yield Savings Account to Your Online Card Profile
American Express has made Savings account access more convenient. Savings customers who also have an American Express Card can now combine all their account access under a single User ID and password.
Once enabled, customers will be able to use their User ID and password to access their Savings account online, as well as manage their Savings account alongside their Card account when using the American Express App and when logging in at www.americanexpress.com.
To get started, follow the step-by-step instructions below to register your Savings account to your online Card profile. You will need both an active Card login and Savings login to complete your registration.
Step 1: Go to the Savings login page and click Log In with Amex Account. You will see two options for accessing your Savings account, either by using your Card or your Savings login details:

If you don’t have an Amex Card, or you have a Card but haven’t set up an online profile, simply choose the Log In with Savings Account option.
Step 2: Enter Amex Account User ID and password. After clicking Log In with Amex Account, you’ll be taken to a screen to enter your Card account User ID and password.
Click Log In to proceed.

Step 3: Confirm Your Amex Account Details. When accessing your savings account through this method for the first time, you may be asked to review and confirm your personal information.
Add any missing information and click Continue to confirm your profile details.
Step 4: Enter Savings User name and password. You will then be taken to the Savings account registration page. Please enter your Savings account User Name and password that you have been using for Savings and click Register and Log In to complete the process of adding your Savings accounts to your online Card profile.
In the future, when clicking Log In with Amex Account, you’ll land directly on your Savings account dashboard after entering your Amex Card credentials, bypassing Steps 2-4.
