Amtrust Login: How To Manage Your Amtrust Online Account

If you want to gain access to the Amtrust Login Portal, then there is a very easy way to do it. A lot of websites will offer you convoluted ways about doing it. However, there is a much easier way. All you need to do is follow these simple instructions below.

You can login to the Amtrust Login Portal for 24/7 access to your account. Review your policy documents, make a payment, file a check or claim’s status, complete an audit and much more.

Amtrust Login Steps

The login process is pretty straightforward if you have the correct logins. It shouldn’t take up much of your time. The steps you need to follow have been highlighted here:

Step 1 – Go to the Amtrust login Portal >> After you click on the link, it will open in a new tab so that you can continue to see the guide and follow the login steps if required.

Step 2 – Select Policy holder login as indicated in the image above

Step 3 – Now, you will be redirected to a page where you have to enter your username and password. You should now have a “successfully logged in” message. Congratulations, you are now logged in successfully to Amtrust login Portal.

Let’s take a closer look at some of the other ways AmTrust simplifies the payment process for insureds.

4: AutoPay: Your premium payment can be automatically withdrawn from a designated bank account each month with AmTrust AutoPay. To sign-up, log into AmTrust Online and click “Register.” Once registered, navigate to the menu item to sign-up for Direct Debit and complete the required information.

Note: AmTrust AutoPay requires a minimum premium of $600. Some payment plans require a minimum premium amount to qualify. This is determined during the underwriting and policy quote process.

5: Online Payment: AmTrust offers flexibility with 24/7 online payment for premiums. To sign up, click “Register” in the AmTrust Online login box. All of the information needed to register can be found on your invoice. Once registered, you can pay the minimum, full balance or anything in between with a credit card or electronic check.

6: Pay-As-You-Owe: Their Pay-As-You-Owe® solution is designed to make workers’ compensation payments as seamless as possible. Workers’ compensation premium is based on payroll, and PAYO® works with approved payroll companies to calculate premium payment on what is owed each pay period. The payroll company will issue monthly reports and premiums directly to AmTrust. Benefits include:

  • Improves cash flow since the employer pays workers’ compensation premium with actual payroll
  • Reduces the chance of additional or return premium at audit
  • Simplifies employers’ work because the payroll company handles payments and calculation

Approval for payroll companies is a simple process. To confirm that the payroll company has adequate information on their workers’ compensation report, AmTrust requests a copy of the report and information on how the company will submit the premium payment. To find out if a payroll company is approved or to submit a company for approval, please have your agent contact their AmTrust sales representative.

  • Monthly Self Reporting (applies only to Workers’ Compensation policies)

To pay by phone, call their Customer Service Department at 877.528.7878, Monday through Thursday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST, and Friday between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. EST.

You can also pay by check or monthly self-reporting. To pay by monthly self-reporting you will need to fill out the Monthly Payroll Report sheet available from your sales representative. Submit checks and forms to the following addresses:
