- The same user name and password you have from registering on the BCBSIL mobile app

- For security reasons, your password may not use:
– Abbreviated months or days of the week, like JAN, OCT, MON or TUE
– Repeating letters or numbers, like aaa111
– Letters or numbers in order, like abc123
– Special words, SYS, LOG, TSO, PAS, NEW, NET, ROS, XXX, SIGN, VTAM, DEMO, ASDF, 1234, BASIC, FOCUS, CADAM, VALID, GAME and APPL
– More than 5 numbers next to each other
How To Make a Payment to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois
It’s important to make your Individual health plan monthly payment on time so you and your family stay covered. You have many ways to pay your Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) monthly bill.
1: Auto Bill Pay: You can sign up for Auto Bill Pay at any time. Please log in to Blue Access for Members (BAM) and select the Payments & Billing tab to sign up for auto bill pay or call Customer Service at 1-800-538-8833.
2: Pay By Phone: Call BCBSIL Customer Service at 1-800-538-8833 and select Make a Payment.
3: By Mail: Mail a personal check, money order or cashier’s check to:

4: In-Person: After making your first payment, payments can be made with cash at MoneyGram® locations near you (including most Walmart, ACE Cash Express and CVS stores). MoneyGram locations in Walmart and Albertsons stores also take debit card payments.
Bring a copy of your bill, which includes your account or billing ID number and your “receive code,” with your payment.
