Pay your bills online once you’ve received your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your health plan and a bill from Cigna Medical Group at Cigna Pay My Bill portal.

To pay your bills you have to Select your plan type below to see your payment options. Find information about your premium payment options for Medicare plans.

Medicare Advantage Options

These options are available for most Cigna Medicare Advantage Plans. Arizona and Leon customers, see your Evidence of Coverage (EOC) for premium payment information.

Online Payments

There are two easy ways to make a payment online:

Create an account and log in: It only takes a couple of minutes to enroll in this service.

Make a one-time guest payment: If you’re not ready to enroll in the service, you can make a “guest” payment without having to log in or create an account.

Automatic Payments

Set it and forget it. Have your monthly premium set up to be automatically withdrawn from your bank account.

There are 2 ways you can set up automatic payments:

Then, on or about the 15th of each month, we will withdraw your plan premium payment.

Pay Using Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) Benefits Check

You can opt to have monthly plan premiums withdrawn from your Social Security check or your RRB benefits check, so you never miss a payment.

To set up payment from Social Security or RRB, contact Customer Service at 1 (800) 668-3813 (TTY 711) and we will help you.

Pay by Check or Money Order

You can opt to pay your plan premium by mailing a check or money order directly to your plan. You may pay monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Payment must be received by the last day of the month it’s due.

Send your check or money order to the address on your monthly invoice. If you do not know your designated office, you can send to either of the addresses below. We’ll make sure your payment processes correctly.

Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plans Options

One-Time Online Payments

Pay your monthly plan premium any time with our secure payment website available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In order to make a payment, you will need your:

  • Cigna ID card
  • 8- or 11-digit customer ID number
  • ZIP code
  • Date of birth
  • Credit or debit card number and expiration date or your checking or savings bank account number and routing number. (You do not have to be the bank account holder to make a payment, but you must be an authorized user on the bank account.)

Set it and forget it. Have your premium automatically withdrawn from your bank account or debit card, or charged to your credit card.

Express Scripts Medicare® (PDP) Customers

You can continue to make your 2021 payments to Express Scripts at express-scripts.com/pay.

Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) Benefits Check Withdrawal

Have your monthly plan premiums withdrawn from your Social Security check or your Railroad Retirement Board benefits check, so you never miss a payment.

In order to set up a monthly plan withdrawal, you will need your:

Medicare Supplemental Insurance – Medicare Supplement Options

Automatic Payments

Set it and forget it. Have your monthly premium set up to be automatically withdrawn from your bank account.

There are 2 ways you can set up automatic payments:

  • Log in or register on myCigna.com to set up automatic payments.
  • Contact Customer Service at 1 (866) 459-4272 and we will send you the necessary form to set up an electronic funds transfer (EFT).

You may select a draft date anytime between day 1 and 28 of each month.

Direct Billing

Direct billing is available for annual, semi-annual, or quarterly payments. Personal checks are accepted. (Note: Cash, money orders, and travelers checks are not accepted methods of payment.)
