To sign in to Cigna healthcare providers portal you have to; Go to https://provider.cignaenvoy.com/ and you will be taken to anther page just as you can see in the image above,
On the Cigna Provider login page, you are required to enter your user ID and Password/PIN in the box just as you can see in the image above.
After entering your correct user ID and Password/PIN then click on login. Note: The Password/PIN is case sensitive so make sure that Caps Lock is off.
