ClearOne Advantage Login: How To Access Member Dashboard
Another great feature ClearOne offers is the ClearOne Advantage Login portal. This can be a great online feature to keep track of your debt settlement without constantly having to speak with company representatives. The portal allows you to check your balance, view transactions, transfer funds, and read settlement letters.
You may want to monitor your program closely or might just want a quick check on your progress – that’s why ClearOne Advantage built a self-service client portal which is available to you 24/ 7 with access to all your account information. The portal can be a true time saver and a great way to stay on top of your finances during the lengthy debt settlement process; the program may last from 24 up to 60 months.
How To Add Or Remove An Account From The Program
You can add or remove an account from your program by contacting ClearOne Advantage Customer Loyalty Group at 888-768-4767 or by emailing [email protected] or you can go to your Client Portal Website and submit a request under the Customer Service Tab. ClearOne Advantage will require a statement dated within the last 60 days to add an account to the program.
ClearOne Advantage do not recommend keeping any accounts outside of the program. Doing so could impact their ability to negotiate the accounts that are included in the program. Also, any creditors you keep outside of the program are still likely to close the account and/or lower your limit to the current balance. You are in a program that requires you to stop using credit for you to be successful.
ClearOne Advantage Login Steps
Logging in to an online account isn’t mostly easy. As the platforms mostly try to make it secure. While it’s easy to log in to your ClearOne Advantage account (the “Member Dashboard”). It’s just that you’ll have to enter correct login details, which you must have after activating your account for online access.
Step 1: Go to the ClearOne Advantage Login page: https://clients.clearoneadvantage.com/account/login
Step 2: Upon reaching the ClearOne Advantage login page, provide your email address and password in the blank spaces below and then press “Login”. If the particulars entered are correct you will also be taken to your account dashboard.
If there have been multiple unsuccessful attempts to sign into your account, they will temporarily suspend your online account access for your security. They will send an email with instructions to the email address they have on file for your account.
If you were locked out because you forgot your password, no worries! they’ll help you set a new password for your security. Here’s how:
- Click on Sign In in the top right corner of the site.
- Click on the “Forgot Your Password? Locked Out?” link.
- Enter your Username (Email address)
- Enter your Phone number
- Enter your Date of birth
- Enter your SSN (last 4 digits) and click on “Submit”
- Check your email for instructions on how to set a new password.
How To Update Your Banking Information
To update your Banking Information, visit the Customer Service tab of your Client Portal and submit a request to change your banking information online at least 5 business days before your next draft.

How To Send Creditors Statement And Correspondence To ClearOne Advantage
If you are adding an account ClearOne Advantage advise you to please send them a copy of your most recent statement either by fax: 443-249-2785, email: [email protected], or mail: PO Box 9971 Baltimore, MD 21224.
If the account is already enrolled you do not need to worry about keeping it updated with regular monthly statements or delinquent notices.
ClearOne Advantage ask that you just keep them updated with any third party collection notices and any settlement offer letters by contacting their Customer Loyalty Group at 888-768-4767 or email: [email protected] or fax: 443-249-2785.
How To Cancel Your Program
If you feel you need to cancel your program for any reason, please contact ClearOne Advantage immediately. Their goal is to help you resolve your debt and there may be alternatives available to you if they understand more about your situation or hardship.
