If you have not registered your Fidelity Credit Card, You need to register it for online access before using it for online transactions. As the accountholder (the primary person who applied for the Fidelity Credit Card), when you register for and sign in to your Fidelity Credit Ca account, you have 24/7 online access to the following account management tools:

- Update your stored personal information

Step 1: Go to the Fidelity Credit Card sign up page: https://login.fidelityrewards.com/onlineCard/publicEnrollUser.do?theme=elan1&loc=0000 and enter the following information below.
- Your Credit card number: The credit card number is the 15- or 16-digit code, typically found on the front of your card.
- 3-digit security code: The 3-digit security code is usually located on the back of your credit card.
- Last 4 digits of SSN
Step 2: Select verification method. If you want to be verified by zip code, enter your ZIP code. However, if you chose to be verified by 4-digit PIN, enter your 4-digit PIN in the box.
Your PIN is the 4-digit number associated with your credit card. To request a PIN, call Cardmember Service using the number on the back of your card.
If your PIN contains letters, please convert the letters to numbers using the touchtone phone format (i.e., “BANK” translates to “2265”).
Step 3: Create a Personal ID: Personal IDs can be the following:
- 7-22 characters in length
- Created with letters, numbers and special characters (no spaces)
Step 4: Create a password: Passwords are case sensitive and must meet the following requirements:
- 8-24 characters in length
- Contains at least one letter
- Contains at least one number or one of the following characters: _!@#$%^&*()-~=+;:,./?[]{}\|
- Doesn’t contain spaces, three of the same characters in a row or your Personal ID
Step 5: Email address: (Optional) By entering your email address, you may receive special offers and information about your credit card.

Fidelity Credit Card Login Steps
Now that you have registered your Fidelity Credit Card for online activities or if you are an existing Fidelity credit card account holder, its time to log in to your account to make your Fidelity credit card payment online, view statements, check balance, Change your personal details, Add another user to your account, Change your credit limit and much more.

Step 1: Go to the Fidelity Credit Card Login page: https://login.fidelityrewards.com/onlineCard/login.do
Step 2: Upon reaching the Fidelity Credit Card login page, provide your persona ID in the blank spaces below and then press “Continue”.
As part of the increased security for the Fidelity Credit Card login process, you are required to enter your password on a separate screen than your Personal ID. You will be asked for your Password after you enter your Personal ID and click the Next button.
When you select the “Remember me” check box and then log in, your username is encrypted and stored on the computer you are currently using. The next time you log in, the system will prefill your username and you only need to enter your password (which, for security reasons, is never saved) to log in.
Up to seven Fidelity usernames may be stored on a computer and accessed from the “Username” dropdown menu. If you log in from multiple computers, such as your home and work computers, you must save the username on each computer separately.
For security reasons, only the last three characters of saved usernames are displayed with “Remember me.” If you are saving multiple usernames on the same computer, be sure that the last three characters are different, so that you can tell them apart easily.
Important: Because “Remember me” stores your username on the computer you’re using, do not use this feature on public computers (such as those in a library or internet cafe).
How To Make Your Fidelity Credit Card Payment
There are a few ways to make your Fidelity credit card payments:
- Use Elan’s payment services : AutoPay or Make a Payment, or
- Fidelity’s Bill Pay , or
- Set up third-party payments on your bank’s or another financial service’s website, or

- Mail a check to Elan with the address below
