- Then press 5
- In the last press, 6.

- Dial 1-866-795-7597 and then press 5 for Additional information. Press 4 for Transaction.

Log in to their website. You may want to know how to login to Green Dot Website
Click here to reset your password on GreenDot.com. Or click on Forgot login info on the Green Dot app login screen. You’ll need your Social Security Number, 16-digit card number, and security code (CVV) to reset your password.
Once you are able to log in go to Settings and then from there you should be able to change the password. As for your Green Dot ID there is no way you can change it. All accounts can be changed when it comes to password but as for the ID or the username that is something that you cannot edit or change.
