To register for Online Banking, you’ll need either:

  • Social Security Number, an HSBC account number, and a one-time code (sent to your email or mobile number)

  • Electronic Banking Number (EBN) and a 6 Digit Code (sent to you by a HSBC representative)

1: Pay your HSBC Credit Card bill online: You can pay your HSBC Credit Card bill online using an HSBC checking or savings account. However, you also pay using a non-HSBC checking or savings account. Follow the steps below to pay your HSBC Credit Card bill online.

Pay using an HSBC checking or savings account

  1. Log on to your HSBC Personal Internet Banking account
  2. From the My Accounts menu on the left side of dashboard, select the bank account you’d like to use to pay your credit card.
  3. Click on the Move Money button in the center of the page.
  4. Select your HSBC Credit Card account in the Move Money to section.

Pay using a non-HSBC checking or savings account

  1. Log on to Personal Internet Banking
  2. From the My Accounts menu on the left side of dashboard, select your HSBC Credit Card.  
  3. Click the black Manage Card button in the center of the page. You’ll enter the Credit Cards servicing website.
  4. From the left menu, hover over Payments and then click Make a Payment.

You can make payments to your credit card from an HSBC account or account with another financial institution using the automated phone system.
