ICMA RC Login: How To Access Your ICMA-RC Retirement Account
This page provides general information regarding your account online; the purpose of the ICMA RC Login portal is to ensure that only authorized users can enter and use Account Access. Learn how to access your retirement account and boost your investing knowledge from the palm of your hand with MissionSquare Retirement’s login portal.

If you have not yet established a user ID and password should follow the steps below to register now for online access. An email address is required to access your account online; for your security, they provide electronic notifications via email when transactions are submitted on your account.
How To Register For User Online Account Access
For existing participants with MissionSquare Retirement, use this link to create a User ID and Password in order to gain access to your account online.



To register for your online MissionSquare Retirement, go to the ICMA RC Login page and click “Set Up Your Online Access.” Follow the instructions and you’ll be registered in a few simple steps. For future visits, you’ll only need your username and password to access your account.

ICMA RC Login Steps
If you already have a MissionSquare Retirement online account or just set up for online account access then follow the steps below to access your account.
While logged in, you can also:
- View your fund balances.
- View your personalized rate of return.
- Change existing balances and make changes to how future contributions are invested.
- Update your address and other contact information.
- Download statements and much more.



From www.icmarc.org, go to the Account Login section. Enter your user ID in the “User ID” box then click the blue arrow. On the next page, enter your password in the “Password” box then click on the “Login” button.
From the main login page, enter your user ID in the “User ID” box then enter your password in the “Password” box. Next, click on the “Login” button.
Some users may be prompted to enter a security code before accessing their account. This code will be sent to your mobile device, if you have signed up for TextAccess. If you have not signed up for TextAccess, the code will be sent to the email address on file.
If you have not already provided an email address to MissionSquare Retirement or if they have a different email address across multiple accounts, they will display your current email address on file and ask that you update it accordingly. Once you have entered all required information, you will be successfully logged into Account Access allowing you to review your account information and securely conduct transactions at your convenience.

Tips and Reminders about Accessing Your Account
User ID
- Your User ID is not case sensitive
- Your User ID must be between 6-32 characters
- Our site requires the following characteristics:
- Letters (any combination of A-Z and/or a-z)
- And numbers (0-9) or only the following special characters: *, @, _, – or .
Password
- Your Password is case sensitive and must meet the following criteria:
- Must be 10-24 characters in length
- Must use A-Z, a-z, 0-9 and special characters (.,*,@,_,-)
- Must contain all of the following:
- 1 lower case character
- 1 upper case character
- 1 number
- 1 special character (.,*,@,_,-)
- Cannot equal your user ID

Call them at (800) 669-7400. MissionSquare Plan Services is available weekdays: 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Eastern time. MissionSquare Retirement’s self-service phone line is available: 24 hours, 365 days a year.
For the deaf and hard of hearing:
Contact them by dialing 711 for the Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS), which supports all domestic calls. TRS permits persons who are deaf or hard of hearing to use the telephone system via a text telephone or other device to contact them. When dialing 711, you’ll be automatically connected to an operator.
To make using TRS as simple as possible, clients can dial 711 to be automatically connected to a TRS operator. Dialing 711, both voice and TRS users can initiate a call from any telephone, anywhere in the United States.
