How Your Account is Protected
Kaiser Permanente have taken extra steps to ensure that your private health information remains confidential. Your records are safe from unauthorized access because the Kaiser My HR (HRconnect) portal is password-protected and information is delivered via an encrypted connection.
All communication between you and Kaiser Permanente using KaiserMyHR is carried over a secure, encrypted connection. Encryption means the information is encoded in such a way that no one can read it during transmission. Also, your health records are stored behind a firewall to prohibit unauthorized access.
In addition, HRconnect portal access requires a unique username and password. The Kaiser My HR is owned and operated by Kaiser Permanente and is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your name and email address will be kept private and confidential and will never be sold or released by Kaiser Permanente.
If you learn or suspect that your username or password has been wrongfully used or disclosed, you should promptly notify us and immediately reset your password. To help ensure the security of your password or account, please sign out of your account at the end of each session.
Kaiser My HR Login
The process of getting access to something as valuable as an employee web portal should never be something that’s all too hard to figure out. With that being said, Kaiser Permanente employees should find little to no trouble when attempting to access the Kaiser My HR login portal.
Those who have already gone through the process of registering for online account access can log in in just a few seconds by entering an Employee ID and password before clicking the submit button. Kaiser My HR portal users who are having difficulty with the password may want to make a note that the account will become locked after five unsuccessful login attempts.

- You can choose to live in one of the following locations:
- Northern California
- Southern California
- Hawaii, the Mid-Atlantic States (including Virginia and Maryland), or
- the Pacific Northwest States (including Oregon and Washington).
- Next, pick a group (Northern California Region, Executives, IT, or Program Offices).
- Now, you will prompt with a login screen where you can enter your credentials and click the “sign-on” button.

- Visit the sign-on page for Kaiser My HR.
- Click “forgot NUID.”
- Type in your first and last names as well as your birthdate. click the next button.
- Type the security code in.
