All communication between you and Kaiser Permanente using KaiserMyHR is carried over a secure, encrypted connection. The Kaiser My HR is owned and operated by Kaiser Permanente and is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Kaiser My HR Login

Those who have already gone through the process of registering for online account access can log in in just a few seconds by entering an Employee ID and password before clicking the submit button. Kaiser My HR portal users who are having difficulty with the password may want to make a note that the account will become locked after five unsuccessful login attempts.

- You can choose to live in one of the following locations:
- Northern California
- Southern California
- Colorado
- Georgia
- Hawaii, the Mid-Atlantic States (including Virginia and Maryland), or
- the Pacific Northwest States (including Oregon and Washington).
- Next, pick a group (Northern California Region, Executives, IT, or Program Offices).
- Now, you will prompt with a login screen where you can enter your credentials and click the “sign-on” button.

If you have forgotten your user ID, don’t worry. You only need to carry out the following.
- Visit the sign-on page for Kaiser My HR.
- Click “forgot NUID.”
- Type in your first and last names as well as your birthdate. click the next button.
- Type the security code in.
