Please Note: Some Countries outside of the United States will not require a Zip/Postal Code (e.g. China, Mexico, United Kingdom etc.)

  • Choose your communication preferences and then Click’ Click to submit’ to complete your Activation and Enrollment into Marriott Bonvoy.

How To Activate Your Marriott Bonvoy Online Account

Once you have joined Marriott Bonvoy® please follow the steps to activate your Account:

  1. Go to Marriott.com
  2. Click ‘Sign In or Join’ in the Top-Right corner
  3. Click ‘Activate online account’ 
  4. Fill out your Member Number, First Name, Last Name, Country/Region and Zip/Postal code.

Please Note: Some Countries outside of the United States will not require a Zip/Postal Code (e.g.  Mexico, United Kingdom etc.)

  1. Click ‘Continue’
  2. Fill out your Email and Create a Password then Click’ Submit’

Password Requirements:

  1. 8-20 Characters
    • One Lower Case Letter
    • One Upper Case Letter
    • One Number or Special Character ($, !, #, &, @, ?, %, =, _)

  3. An email will be sent to the email address on file with a link to change your Password (link must be used within five minutes)

  1. You will be prompted to sign in upon opening the Marriott Bonvoy Mobile App
  2. Enter your email address on file or your Membership Number and your Account password and then tap ‘sign in’
  3. If you are unable to access your Account, please follow the steps below to reset your password.

How To Reset Your Password in the Marriott Bonvoy Mobile App

  1. After completing the steps above, if your password is not working, tap ‘Need Help Signing In’
  2. Tap ‘Forgot Password’
  3. Fill out the required information and tap ‘Submit’
  4. An email will be sent to the email address on file with a link to change your Password (link must be used within five minutes)
