The My Disney Experience section of disneyworld.com provides a safe and secure way to plan your trip, manage reservations, share experiences and interact with family and friends. In order to help protect your personal information, they require you to register and sign into My Disney Experience.
Even as a Guest signed in to your Disney account you can use the My Disney Experience section of disneyworld.com to: Manage your reservations, tickets and daily itineraries on your My Plans page.

When signing in to your My Disney account, remember to use the same email address you used to subscribe and to select the log in option that matches the way you signed up.
If you subscribed with your Email address
- Go to https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/login
- Enter your username or email.
- Enter your password
- Click Log In
How To Reset Your my Disney Account Password
From time to time, they may ask you to update your password, you may forget your password or you may want to update your password. Regardless of the reason, you may reset your password either of these 2 ways:
Answer Security Questions
If you have previously provided answers for the 2 security questions, reenter the answers in order to reset your password immediately. Please note that the answers must be an exact match to what was originally entered.
Or Request an Email
If you don’t have (or don’t recall) the answers to your security questions, you may request an email that contains a link to reset your password. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. The email will come from MemberServices@DisneyParks.TWDC.com.
Be Sure Your New Password Meets Our Requirements
Enter a combination of 6 to 25 characters, using at least one letter and number and optionally, special characters like “!”, “?” or “&”. Always store your password in a safe place, and remember that passwords are case sensitive.
