How To Apply for a ONE Account
You may apply for a ONE account from the Get Started page or by downloading the One Finance app here and tapping Join ONE. It is possible that during the application process you may need to submit a picture of your current government-issued identification. Please have this ready as you begin your application.
When you apply, you will need to provide your full legal name, U.S. physical address, date of birth, Social Security number, phone number, email address, and possibly a copy of your government-issued photo identification or a utility bill.
ONE Finance Login Steps
If you have an online account with ONE Finance, that means you can log in anytime. It’s easy to access your online account, and just like Facebook, you will need your login details. However, if you already have your login details, follow this step-by-step process to log in to your online account:
- Go to https://web.onefinance.com/signin
- Enter your Email and password and select ‘Sign In’. Once you have successfully entered your login credentials, you will be connected to your account online.
How To Reset Your ONE Sign in Password
Whether you forgot your original password, or just want to change it, follow these steps to change your sign in password:
- Open the ONE Finance mobile app or visit the ONE Finance login page: https://web.onefinance.com/signin
- Click on Forgot Password
- Enter the email address associated with your ONE account
- Check your email for a message from ONE
- Select Click here in the email
- Enter your new password, which must contain:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 3 of the following:
- Lower case letters (a-z)
- Upper case letters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (ex. !@#)
- Click Reset Password
- Password changed!
