To protect the privacy and the security of your personal information, OSLA have improved the way you log in to their Account Access Center with new security features. Here is how it works:

  1. The first time you log in to the new system, you will initially enter only your User ID. The system will have you choose three Challenge Questions.
  2. Next you will go through a process to choose a Security Image and Phrase.
  3. After this process is complete, as the last step, you will enter your Password. These three items will identify that you are actually on the official OSLA Web site, not a fraudulent look-alike site. These items will be known only to you; the OSLA staff will not have access.
  4. The next time you log in, and thereafter, you will enter your User ID and then will be asked one of your Challenge Questions. If you answer correctly, you will be shown your Security Image and Phrase. If, and only if, you recognize your Security Image, Phrase and Challenge Question, can you safely enter your Password. If you do not recognize them, DO NOT enter your Password. If this happens, contact OSLA immediately to report the problem.

If for some reason, you forget your Password or User ID, OSLA staff cannot tell you what it is. To help protect your account information, they do not have access to this information. Your account will need to be reactivated and you will need to recreate your Challenge Questions, Security Image and Phrase, and choose a new Password.
