How QuickBooks Online Works
After you sign up for QuickBooks Online, you’ll be able to log in to your account and access the main dashboard view. If you’re moving to QuickBooks from another accounting software, you can import your existing files to your new account.

Quick Books Online Login Steps
In order to manage your Quick Books account online, you have to log in to your online account. The Quick Books login process is very simple. You must have your username and password to access the Quick Books login portal.
If you are new to Quick Books online, then you have to register your Quick Books online account. Just by using a few basic details, you can easily register for the account. Those who don’t have their login credentials, have to create an online account first. Click See All Finances, then select the correct data file from the list.
If the accounts in question have been synced, and the correct data file has been selected, it’s possible that these account types have not yet been added to Quicken on the Web; currently, property and debt accounts do not sync from Quicken for Windows.

When you manage your account from the web you’ll also get additional features. For example, you can match your receipts to incoming bank transactions on the web. When you use your mobile app, you can only snap photos of your receipts.
