You can join Sony Rewards by clicking on Join Sony Rewards within the header of the website, or clicking on the icon in the top right corner within the Sony Rewards app — it’s fast and easy to do. Just follow the step-by-step instructions to complete the enrollment process.
Sony Rewards membership is currently only open to legal United States residents who are 16 or older. Membership in and use of the program excludes Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions.
Sony Rewards Login Steps
On completion of account registration process, customers get their Sony Reward login credentials. Using this, customers can manage their online account 24/7 anywhere and anytime. By doing this, customers can manage their account effectively and efficiently.
You can access your Sony Rewards account by logging into the website or mobile app with the email address currently on file and an 8-character password.
To sign in, go to https://www.rewards.sony.com/UID-Start
- In email, type the email address that you selected when you signed up for online account.
- Click Next.
As part of the upgrades to the Sony Rewards website, and Mobile App, Sony Rewards are implementing a single-sign on system, which means that you’ll only need one login to access various Sony sites, such as Sony Rewards or PlayStation Network.
This will eliminate the need to remember multiple login IDs. However, there are some problems that we continue to work through for existing logins. If you are having issues signing in, please contact Customer Care.
How To Earn Sony Rewards Points
If you have a Sony Visa Credit Card or PlayStation Visa Credit Card, you earn Sony Rewards points for making purchases with your card. But that’s not all. You also gain access to special deals, exclusive inventory and better pricing for Deal & Steals.

2: Use your PlayStation Visa Credit Card: Another great way to earn points. In addition to other benefits, PlayStation Visa Credit Card members earn 1 point on all card purchases, plus 3X – 5x points on certain purchase categories when the PlayStation Visa Credit Card is used.

3: Registering select DVDs and Blu-ray discs via the Sony Rewards app by entering the unique code from your package insert.
4: Uploading movie ticket stubs via the Sony Rewards app from select movies you watched in the theater.
