If you are a new user, you can only manage your Standard Mortgage account online through eStatus. Before accessing the eStatus portal, you must have online account with a unique username and password. When you register for eStatus, you will have 24/7 access to your account information and also, you will be able to;
- Check current loan balances
- 12-month payment history
- Year-to-date totals
- Payment due dates
- And a whole lot more!

- Be sure to enter your loan number, SSN/TIN or Misc ID to execute the registration.
Note: When selecting an eStatus password, you must use both alpha and numeric characters (letters and numbers). No other types of characters will be accepted. Also, passwords must be a minimum of six characters to a maximum of eight characters long. Incorrectly entered passwords will receive the following error message: “Password is required to consist of alpha and numeric characters. Please try again.”

Standard Mortgage cooperation have only two ways to make your Standard Mortgage payment. Autopay and payment by mail. All you need to do is to choose the most convenient option for you.
1: Autopay: When you register for eStatus, you will connect and submit your mortgage payment without leaving home or writing a check.
With eStatus Connect, you can authorize Standard Mortgage to withdraw your mortgage payment directly from your bank account — saving you time and eliminating the chance of lost or misdirected payments. You can visit their website monthly to schedule your payment, or select autopay recurring and your payment will automatically draft each month based on the date you select (1st and 5th ).
You can set up AutoPay by registering for eStatus Connect online. AutoPay is a free service available to all Standard Mortgage customers from the 1st to the 10th of each month.
2: Mail: Pay your monthly mortgage payment using the addressed envelope provided to you. Simply detach the next coupon in your coupon book and mail it with your check or money order to:

The Bottom Line
Payments are due on or before the 1st day of each month and become delinquent thereafter. Recent regulations from some governmental agencies and investors require we report delinquent accounts monthly to several national credit reporting agencies. The late payment amount shown on the coupons is to be paid on or after the 17th of the month. Any payment received by our office on or after the 17th day must include the late charge or the payment may be refused. If additional funds are included with any payment, specify the purpose in the blocks provided on the coupons.
