What You Should Know About The Staples Rewards Program
Staples Rewards is a reward program that Staples offers to reward their customers by allowing customers to earn ten percent back on their purchases quarterly. The program is very easy to use. All you need to do is sign-up for the program, which is free.
Staples will send you a card in the mail with your account number on it. Anytime you purchase anything, either on-line or in-store, you just need to give your account number and your purchases are totaled. Then quarterly, you will receive a check to be used at Staples for ten percent of your spending during the previous quarter.
If you prefer to receive your rewards through email, just make sure they have your correct/current email address. Emailed rewards arrive weeks earlier than mailed rewards and can be redeemed on your mobile device. If you prefer to receive your rewards in the mail, just go to your rewards profile online and select that to change over to that option.
All rewards will be issued online if you don’t opt in to receive your rewards in the mail. With electronic rewards, they’ll even send you an email letting you know when you have rewards available.

How To Create Your Online Account
Existing members can set up a username and password. If you’re already a Staples Rewards member but haven’t set up a username and password, you’ll need one to access your account online. Create one today to see notifications when your Staples Rewards become available.

- To create your online account you will need to provide your personal information including:
- Your first name
- Email Address
- Phone number
Staples Rewards Login Steps
If you already have your Staples Rewards online account then you can simply sign in to your staples.co account (or create one) and add your rewards number to your account profile to shop, earn and redeem rewards, all from your staples.com account.
Follow the steps below to securely log in to your Staples Rewards member account.
- To access your member online account go to https://www.staples.com/office/supplies/login
- To continue with your login process, you must enter your “Password” and your password, and once you are done tap the “sign in” button.
With the keep me signed in box checked, Staples will keep you signed in, making it easier for you to shop and maintain your account. You’ll also be all set to pay if you’ve saved your payment info to your account.
