Trek Credit Card Login
Easier to use with access online, visit https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US/login/ and choose the Comenity Bank account where you will use your Trek Credit Card login through their offering.
The account center provides a User name and password field for you to enter your sign in credentials. Complete both fields and choose the remember me option only if logging in from home or a trusted location. Do not use the feature on public access WiFi or computers due to security concerns.
After completed both the User name and password fields, choose to sign in and authenticate to your account online. Any problems with your login can be fixed by going to https://d.comenity.net/trek/?Action=Intro.jsp# and resetting your password. Call 1-866-662-6199 if you do not want to reset your password online for your card login. The phone number will route you to a customer service agent for help.

Trek Credit Card
The Trek Card cannot be used at the online store. It is an in-store financing option available at participating Trek retailers. For inquiries about your Trek Card please call 1-866-662-6199.
Are gift cards available?
Trek gift cards are available at Trek retailers and can only be redeemed at that retailers’ location. Trek gift cards cannot be redeemed at trekbikes.com.
Credit card return status
Upon confirmation of your return, you should see the credit within 30 days. However, most customers see it in 4-10 business days.
Order declined
If your order has been declined, please check with the financial institution that issued the credit card for additional information.
Split Payment
They are unable to accept multiple payment options on the same transaction. If you need to use more than one credit card and have multiple items, consider submitting separate orders for the individual items. Or visit a local Trek dealer where they may be able accept payments using multiple cards.
