How To Sign Up For Truliant Online Banking
Tru2Go app and Truliant Online Banking is a free service for anyone who has any account with Truliant Federal Credit Union.
Haven’t signed up for Online Banking yet? With Tru2Go app and Online Banking, you can view your account history, make online transfers, access Bill Pay, and download Statements & Documents all from the comfort of your own home.
From the Truliant home page, click ‘Login or from the Tru2Go app click ‘Sign up.’ and enter your member number as your username and the last four digits of your social security number as your password to log into online banking. From the Tru2Go app click ‘Sign up’ at the bottom of the app before entering your member number and last four of your social security number.
If you do not remember your four-digit online banking pin or did not receive your four-digit pin, please visit your local Member Financial Center or contact our Member Contact Center at 800.822.0382 to obtain a new PIN.
Truliant Login Steps
Great News! One password works for both Online Banking access or Mobile App access. For first time registration, please use your member number as your username and the last four digits of your SSN or TIN as your password. If you don’t have your member number, please contact them at 800.822.0382.
To sign in, go to https://www.truliantfcuonline.org/dbank/live/app/login/consumer
- In username, type the username that you selected when you signed up for online account.
- In Password, type your password.
- Click Sign In.
However, if you have simply forgotten your password, you can follow the following steps or watch the video below for additional assistance in resetting your password:
Select the “Forgot Login” option below the login screen. You will be prompted to input your username and the phone number associated with your account. They will then send you a temporary password.
If you have forgotten your username, select “I forgot my username” and enter the email address you use for online banking. We will email you your username.
If you have been locked out of your Online Banking account, you will see a link to click on to reset your lockout. After clicking the link, follow the prompts to receive a verification call. If the verification call has failed after three attempts, you will need to contact us for assistance.
