TSB Bank plc is a retail and commercial bank in the United Kingdom and a subsidiary of Sabadell Group. TSB Bank operates a network of 536 branches across England, Scotland and Wales but has not had a presence in Northern Ireland since 1991.

TSB in its present form launched on 9 September 2013. Its headquarters are located in Edinburgh and it has more than 5.2 million customers with over £20 billion of loans and customer deposits.

The bank was formed from the existing business of Lloyds TSB Scotland plc, into which a number of Lloyds TSB branches in England and Wales and all branches of Cheltenham & Gloucester were transferred, and renamed TSB Bank plc.

  1. Visit online.tsb.co.nz 
  2. Log in using your Customer ID or username and password
  3. If you have not previously accepted Terms & Conditions you’ll be asked to accept these
  4. Once you’ve accepted the Terms & Conditions, you’ll be taken to your Dashboard

How To Reset Your TSB Login Password

To reset your password, you’ll need access to the email address connected to your TSB account.

  1. Visit online.tsb.co.nz
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter your registered email address and Customer ID or username
  4. You’ll receive an email with your registration code
  5. Once you’ve received the email, enter your registration code on the screen
  6. If you have an authentication option set up, you will be asked for authentication
    • TXT to your registered mobile, or
    • Hard Token 
  7. If you already have a username it will show, or you’ll have the option to set one. You can also continue to use your Customer ID
  8. Enter your new password
  9. Password reset is successful, you can now log in using your updated details

How to Rearrange Your TBS Accounts 

  1. You can rearrange the order of your accounts by simply dragging and dropping your selected account from the Dashboard 
  2. Log in to online.tsb.co.nz
  3. Hover over the account you’d like to move
  4. When your cursor changes to: 
  5. You’ll be able to drag and drop it into the order you like 
  6. Changes will be saved immediately

How to Update Your TBS Bank Details

If your phone number, mobile number or email changes at any time, you can update these easily in Online Banking.

How to edit your details:

  1. Visit online.tsb.co.nz and log in
  2. Click Profile from the menu at the top of the page
  3. Click Personal Details
  4. Click the details you want to edit 
  5. Update your details then click Save

Please note: You can only update your home phone, work phone, mobile and email address at this stage. Call TSB Bank on 0800 872 226 to update your address details.

How to Get Through To TSB Bank Customer Support

  1. Visit online.tsb.co.nz and log in
  2. Click Message us from the menu at the top of the page
  3. You will be able to:
    • Create a message and send it to them for a response
    • See any messages that you have sent
    • Delete messages from your view
  4. To send them a message simple click Create Message
  5. Complete the fields and click Send

Please note: Currently they are unable to respond to messages via Online Banking. Their team will respond to you via the preferred method of contact that you specify in the message.
