USAA Bank Mortgage offers mortgage products to members where the property is located within the Continental United States, AK, HI and DC. The easiest option for most homeowners to make their USAA Mortgage Payment is through the USAA Mortgage Login portal. Online payments are fast, free and efficient, and paying online means you can decide when you want to make the payment, maintain a record of when it was made and ensure that it is paid by the due date.
If you don’t have USAA Mortgage and want to get a USAA mortgage, you need to be a current U.S. service member, a veteran, surviving spouse of a military member, or have other military ties. VA loans have their own specific eligibility guidelines, too, including a minimum credit score of 620 in most cases.

USAA Mortgage Login Steps
PHH is the servicer of your mortgage loan. Due to a change with PHH’s servicing requirements, beginning Nov. 26, 2016, USAA will no longer receive your mortgage account information directly from PHH.
If you’d like to continue viewing your PHH mortgage account information on USAA My Accounts, you can add PHH as an external account by taking the following steps:
- Go to www.usaa.com and login to your account.
- Click on My Accounts.
- Under My Accounts, click on the option “Add a non-USAA account” and select “Bank or Investment or Insurance.”
- Search for and select PHH Mortgage Questions.
- Login with your PHH credentials..

How To Make Your USAA Mortgage Payment Online

USAA have done their best to make paying your bill easy. They offer a number of options, including AutoPay, which automatically deducts your payment on the same day every month.

How To set up AutoPay transcript: AutoPay allows you to have your payment automatically debited on the same date each month from the checking, savings or money market account of your choice. Enrolling in AutoPay is free and easy.
With AutoPay, your mortgage is paid on the same day every month. With an online One-Time Payment, you decide what day to pay it. The 5th this month? Go ahead. The 7th next month? It’s up to you.
Please make sure to schedule your online payment before your due date or within your grace period to avoid late fees.

After you figure out the payment amount and payment date, then you just need to select an account to pay from to finish the process. `
If you need to add an account, it’s quick and easy. First click “Add an account.” Specify your account type, enter the routing number and account number, then confirm the account number by entering it in the last field as shown here:
If you have multiple loans, you can easily toggle between them to make payments and perform all other tasks. Towards the upper left of your account page, just click the loan number beneath the USAA logo. A menu listing all your loans will pop out, and you can select the one you want to view as shown below.
How To Make Your USAA Mortgage Payment By Mail
Simply detach the coupon located on the bottom of your statement and mail it with your check or money order in the envelope provided. If you do not have the billing coupon, you can still send your payment to the address below. Just be sure and write your loan number on the check or money order.

Once they receive your payment it may take a few days to process, but there’s no need to worry. Your payment will be credited to your account the day they receive it.
How To Make Your USAA Mortgage Payment By Phone
Simply call 855-430-8489 to make a payment through the automated Pay by Phone system. Please have your account number and last four digits of your social security number ready and follow the instructions.
You can also pay your bill over the phone by talking to a representative. Just call 855-430-8489.

Call 1-800-325-6000 or visit www.westernunion.com to locate the nearest Western Union QuickCollect Agent. Once you’ve arrived at your nearest agent’s office, complete a blue QuickCollect form, providing your name and your loan number. You will also need the following information to ensure that your payment reaches USAA.

Once you’ve arrived at your nearest agent’s office, complete a blue ExpressPayment form, providing your name and your loan number. The MoneyGram Receive Code is 15506 You will need this code to ensure that your payment reaches USAA. All ExpressPayment transactions require cash, and you will be assessed a fee by MoneyGram for this service.
