How To Create Your Walgreens.com Account
Registering on Walgreens.com gives you access to a wide variety of Walgreens services that will simplify your shopping experience and make it more enjoyable. You can check your order history, take advantage of photo services and, of course, manage your prescriptions.
Follow the Create Your Account link. Fill in your first and last name, your email address that you will use to sign in to Walgreens.com, and a password of your choosing. Click the blue Continue button to submit your information.
Passwords must be at least eight characters long (cAsE sEnSiTiVe) and must include one number. Passwords may also include letters, numbers and other symbols such as !, #, $, %, etc. The most secure passwords combine all three different character types.
Walgreens Login Steps
An email/username and password is required for access to the Walgreens login portal. If you are a new customer and would like to obtain a secure login, please follow the steps above to create your Walgreens.com account.
However, if you already have your Walgreens.com account email/username and password, that means you may access it at any time. It’s simple to log in to your online account, and your unique email/username and password is required for access to the Walgreens login portal, follow these easy steps below to access your account:
Step 1. Go to the Walgreens Login page via https://www.walgreens.com/login.jsp?ru
Step 2: Upon reaching the Walgreens login page, provide your email/username and password in the blank spaces below and then press “Sign In”. If the particulars entered are correct you will also be taken to your account dashboard.
How To Retrieve Your Password, Username or Email Address
If you have forgotten your password:
- Click Forgot your password? under the Sign In box. You will be taken to the Reset Password page.
- Enter your username and click Continue to reset your password.
- You will have the option to have a verification code emailed or texted to you.
- Check your email/text. You will receive a verification code. Enter the code and click Continue.
- Or you can click the link in the email or text to create a new password. This will bring you to the Reset Password page.
- Create a new password and type it into the boxes.
- Click Confirm to set your new password.
You can now sign in to Walgreens.com with your new password.
NOTE: When updating your password, you may be asked to answer your security question or create a new security question and answer. If you are prompted to answer an existing security question, type the answer to your security question in the Security Answer box and click Continue.
If you are prompted to choose a new security question, select a question from the drop-down menu, type your answer in the text box, and click “Update.”
If you have forgotten your username or email address:
- If you registered for a Walgreens.com account on July 15, 2010 or after, your email address is your username.
- If you were a Walgreens customer prior to July 15, 2010:
- On the Sign In or Register page, click Forgot your username? under the Username box. You will be taken to the Retrieve Username page.
- Enter your email address in the text box and click Submit. An email with your username will be sent to you with the subject “Retrieve Username.”
