How To Create an Account

To create an account:

1. Go to https://www.yourtexasbenefits.com/Learn/Home
2. Click ‘Apply’
3. Click the ‘Apply Now’ button
4. Click ‘Create a New Account’
5. Follow the instructions provided on the page to finish creating your account

If you have an existing case, you can also create an account using the Your Texas Benefits mobile app. Download it in the Google Play or iTunes App Store.

You cannot apply for benefits on the Your Texas Benefits mobile app.

• At the top right hand corner click on login – As shown below

• Enter your username
• Enter your password
• Click login

How To Reset Your Password

1. Click ‘Log In’ at the top of the page
2. Click ‘Forgot password?’
3. Enter your user name
4. Answer the security questions you created when setting up your account

If you answer your security questions correctly, you can create a new password.

If you can’t answer the security questions correctly, call 2-1-1 or 1-877-541-7905 for assistance. After you pick a language, press 2.

How To Reset Your Username
