How To Retrieve Bluebird Username and Password Reset

First, click on the “Forgot my username or password” link. Next, enter your Bluebird card number (15 digit number) and four-digit security code on the front of the card.

Once you enter the requested information, you will see your Bluebird username displayed. You can then proceed to enter your password and log in to your account.

If you have forgotten your password, then click on the “Forgot my password”. You will be asked to pick one of two ways to retrieve your password:
